WARNING: Words and Actions

There’s another aspect to the myths you shared in last week’s tip. While it’s true that telling doesn’t equal communication, there is another issue worth mentioning. 
It’s the disconnect that happens when a leader says one thing and then acts in ways that are totally contradictory.
