Ideally delivered as an afternoon session of measurement, learning, and reflection followed by a morning of discussion and defining the team roadmap to results. We assess the team several different ways and collectively determine where new behaviors, processes or agreements are needed.

A follow up call to connect the outcomes and objectives to the team roadmap to results. This ensures that there are practical, actionable next steps that the team can use for ongoing improvement.
