Inspire

BrushesInspire means to excite, encourage, or breathe life into. It comes from the Latin inspirare ‘breathe or blow into.’
When you are inspired you are filled with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. This is the magic that enables human beings to bring into reality something that they imagine.
We believe that leaders have a responsibility to inspire. They can bring to life a strategy, a change or a new vision for their organization.
Here are a few wise quotes on inspiration:

“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.” – William Arthur Ward

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill

“Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

“Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.” – Dwight D. Eisenhower

“Consensus: The process of abandoning all beliefs, principles, values, and policies in search of something in which no one believes, but to which no one objects; the process of avoiding the very issues that have to be solved, merely because you cannot get agreement on the way ahead. What great cause would have been fought and won under the banner: ‘I stand for consensus?'” – Margaret Thatcher

“A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.” – Rosalynn Carter
